I cringe to think what his PAs entail. God bless this industry, with all the up and downs through out history, at least you never hade to share the cockpit with a nincompoop. United HR needs an intervention.

The company is fully aware of his videos and seems to like them. There was a picture of him and Bryan Quigley at the Aviate Academy grand opening posted on Flying Together from what I remember. People selling the brand and people who aren’t line pilots think this is good. I suspect that most of us out flying the line think that he is an embarrassment and wish that he and his kind would just stop.

Jack Knight is rolling in his grave.

It's a good way to sell E.D. pills, redundancy for this volatile biz. Ask flywithgarret.

Cut the guy some slack… I’m sure he has the blessing of company to post the videos in uniform. I personally wouldn’t post these but each his own… I watched a couple layover clips for Dubrovnik and Maui and nothing offensive.

We should all be doing this. It should be heavily encouraged by management. Maybe have a link in the United app to each pilot's instagram profile. When I put my wife and children on a plane to cross an ocean in the middle of the night I want to know they're in good hands. Having this stuff in the app would give me real peace of mind.

From what I’ve heard he actually works with United’s social media dept.

He’s a 756 captain meaning he was hired well before Instagram was invented.

I’m disappointed in him.

Wore his blazer on his Cirrus flight, why no hat. Should have rounded out the ensemble.

Theres are dudes that can wear an undercut, and there’s this guy…

My personal favorite is the video he made to the thousands of our coworkers who were facing the very real possibility of being furloughed in 2020.
