Sir, are you military? If not - should you be following up? Friends from April CJO have June class dates and buddies from 5/2 interview with 5/4 CJO has July class dates already.

Recruiting mixes the class for optimization, whatever they determine that mix to be between civilian, military and corporate. So at times people will get class dates ahead of people that had a earlier CJO

I did put in for a waiver of one of the hiring requirements (after CJO) which may have slowed me down but all indications were that they would consider it, very cordial.

Got the CJO 5/11 and am extremely excited. I’m assuming an August class date but hopefully sooner. Does UA post last minute class openings? I obviously am not the only candidate who would take something very last minute but curious if it happens.

No, once you are offered the class date and select it you can’t change it. Literally everyone is willing to start asap. I figure if they did offer last minute openings you would have to know someone to get it.
