Doesn't appear so in the the video footage that's been released. Either the shorter or longer version.

Appears so. But whether or not he G-A-S remains to be known.

Something tells me, he didn't G-A-S. Yet he wasn't charged.

What I wanna see is the footage of what led up to it.

At least he didn't back down. Hope he gets a fat settlement.

I think you’ve already witnessed the employee’s “settlement’”. Don’t be too quick to assume that the NFL player was guilty just because he was the one who got arrested and not the employee…par for the course in America.
Newark Airport probably some of the most densely covered video surveillance on the planet, so in fashion with mainstream mantra, let’s find out what happened before this video.

Not at all. It also didn’t show anyone “stealing a wheelchair “ either. My guess is that said employee 1) Listened to his inner-karen and attempted to demean/disrespect Langley because he knew the police would take his side if anything occurred; he was correct in this. 2) Threw the first punch because he felt empowered over Langley; see point 1. And 3) took a pretty severe beat down and lost his job due to reasons 1 & 2.

UGE, or United for that matter, doesn’t pay enough for this action. He should have 1) helped the Man with his bags, 2) reported it to the police, 3) tried to de-escalete the situation when it was obviously going bad on 4) just minded his own business.

All seems a little presumptuous. Maybe these words are important;
