Retro pay = Six months!

I do not work for United.
No airline pilot should vote for less than 100% retro. Ever. Every day less than full retro is validation that it's okay to drag negotiations for 3.5 years.
A precedent needs to be set, 100% retro needs to become industry standard. I've seen it happen only once in my 20+ year career. At a regional of all places (ExpressJet 2004)

The UPA Retro is a JOKE!
Putting in perspective.....
As a 18 year 787 FO, the meager "retro" calculations come up to around $6K if my round math is correct in my case. If the 16% BFund were figured in too, that would be close to $7K total combining Retro + Define Plan.
In my BES, I can fly ONE SYD Trip and make that difference up right there......BETTER YET, with the ample amount of "Job Adjustment Time" (aka - sick time), pick up that SYD trip, and "bang in", VIOLA!!! The difference is made without even batting an eye/or stepping foot on the plane.
In short, this disingenuous agreement has SO MANY sub-par nuggets in it.....It's a SOLID no-brainer....."NO" vote for me.
