Default 9.5%

Just to be abundantly clear, the 14.5% number being thrown around includes the 5% we already negotiated in the Pandemic Recovery LOA. It bothers me a lot that our sub-inflationary “raise” is made up in significant part by the money the company had already agreed to give us. Any kid w/ a late December birthday knows how this scam works.

Not surprised at all, as I always suspected this was the company’s intention with the 5% offer, but still disappointed to see numbers from a separate contract being ported over into this one & being counted twice.

My ORD 737 buddy says he’s a yes, and thinks most of his buddies will also be yes’. “Better than nothing” was the answer. Just an fyi.

That’s sad. You’re all worth so much more than this.

Apologies- a lot of action on the forums today & I didn’t see this duplicate thread. At least I’m not the only one bothered by this.

Tell him thanks for nothing. Send it back with a 90% no vote and see how fast mgmt comes back with a whole lot more.

DAL went through this same BS circa 2014. Shot down their first contract after “you’ll never get more” doom and gloom. Guess what happened 3 months later?

This. Let's make some history for our pilots, their families and the future if this profession.

We were not at the precipice of a massive recession in 2014 and Delta wanted to outsource 50% of their international flying for some pay raises and profit sharing for the pilots, so yes they came back to get their JV deal passed.
