We want money. Just pay us. How come we don't get polled to ask us how much we want? 2019 was last poll. We want higher rates than AA and DAL and SWA. It's not that hard.

If a guppy CA at SW can make 440K a year, our WB guys are getting hosed. Our wide body pilots should make 100K more a year than a narrow body guppy pilot at an LCC.

HELLO! NC. Please read this!

i think what they hopefully learned from this whole debacle, is that pay rates alone are just the tip of the ice burg. Obviously we want industry leading pay, but we also want work rules that don’t force us to work all the time when we don’t want to. If you want to incentivize us with add pay, fine. But make it our choice to work more for more pay. Our reserve/reassignment rules need a complete rewrite. Most people I’ve talked to and flown with agree that improving our work rules should be #1. Pay rates fluctuate, work rules are usually forever.

Supposedly ALPA conducts certification votes by secret ballot. The ballots are tallied and certified by a third party at the closing date.

It would be troubling to learn that the votes were being watched by ALPA (not to mention being in violation of bylaws and maybe labor law).

Maybe equally troubling is that the MEC suspended the TA based on negative feedback. When have we ever had an agreement that hasn’t had received overwhelming negative feedback?

This totally stinks.

In my more than 20 years, I've never seen anything this overwhelmingly negative. YMMV.

perhaps even more troubling is the potential coercion between the UAL and AA mangement teams to try and see what the lowest contract is that will pass and pattern bargain off of that. If that is what is happening, then the UAL ALPA leaders are helping.

Not sure why AA was so public with their offer, but their eagerness to match our TA all but publicly advertises that it’s at basement level. Really played their hand. Feels like amateur hour all across the board…

The TA itself has NOT been suspended at this point. Let's stop spreading misinformation. The Town Halls/road show has been put on hold, while the MEC has an emergency meeting ..... 5 days from now 😂 (can't interrupt the holiday weekend)

In the meantime the TA is still the TA. Get out and vote.
