Letter from the MEC Announcing Suspension of UPA 2022 TA Activities

The attached letter from the United MEC announces the suspension of all UPA 2022 town halls and activities following news of the improved offer American Airlines made to the Allied Pilots Association.

They've just suspended the sales jobs, not withdrawn the Tumi TA.



But it's a start.

They signed their names to this letter. So brave.

"If'you're being ran out of town, make it look like a parade in your honor."

Can the MEC kill it while voting is still on going?

Where do we find men of such character? I mean waiting a whole hour after AAs opener is the textbook definition of grit. They look like even more of a laughing stock now. Complete incompetence and totally out of touch with the line. Fire them all

Don't you dare stop this vote. You passed it and now you stand with it while we vote this turd down. This is an educational moment for a lot of first timers and we will be stronger moving forward once we get rid of the idiots sending this MR.

No. I’ve never seen it happen in my time. I think the MEC knows this is a failure and they’re now offered an out and wisely taking it.
