I agree with the rest of your post except this part. It should read “When ALPA is able to convince us to undervalue ourselves…”

In my 20+ years of ALPA membership they’ve done a better job than the company of convincing the pilot group of how little we are worth. I’m now of the opinion that we need to decertify ALPA here at UAL.
