Updating flight times
So I was able to print my application. I noticed my times are off, much lower PIC time than what I actually have and also lower total time. I’m guessing it’s because I did not put Instructor time in the PIC time, this was before they changed the wording on the blocks to “PIC time including instructor time”
I have an interview coming up and my app is locked. I did received the addendum to update flight hours, I’m just concerned that when I send the updated addendum and they see a discrepancy in flight time might trigger a negative outcome. Any feedback from people who already interviewed and had the times off because of this ? Did you received negative comments/ outcome in the interview? |

So now that I am able to view my app as a PDF, I'm noticing tons of boxes that aren't filled in. Specifically in the flight times section, pretty much everything besides one or two totals for each section. Total Air carrier turbine, SIC, GA PIC, GA Instructor, Multi time etc are just left blank. Not sure how I can change anything to get them to fill in, seems like a system glitch. Also a few weird things under employment and education where random boxes are filled in with an address that shouldn't be there.
Also it looks like the only way to find total time is PIC+SIC? Which wont add up to the same number as if I add up totals for each aircraft individually. Anyone else seeing something similar? |

I printed mine off too, and there were also several blocks that showed up blank even though I had everything filled out correctly. Specifically, the end dates of all my employment.
Also, in the Applicant Flight Time Summary my total PIC and total SIC show up, as well as my total Turbine, but all the other boxes are blank. I’m assuming that those are all glitches with the new function of being able to download/print now. But FWIW, my application has been “under review” since last Thursday, and then received the Leadership Inventory email on Monday night…all of this with those sections blank that I mentioned. |

Just went to double-check my app while packing for RTAG and have the "Your application is under review..." notice. Even closed the tab and did the full login to make sure (hey, I'm not superstitious....just appropriately 'stitious). Fingers crossed.
Original submission was ~28 Aug and last time I updated was the 14th or 16th. Time to start panic-checking my email every 69 seconds. |
