Update: took hogan Saturday evening, received invite to interview this afternoon (Sunday).

Is it normal for pilot recruiting not to respond to an email after 2 weeks? I thought about emailing again. But don’t wanna seem annoying. Was trying to change the date of my interview because of my schedule from my current airline. I rather not call in sick.

Do anything you can to get rid of that trip (trade, drop etc) I would guess they are booked for a while interview wise and may hurt you down the road seniority wise

Anyone here do a M&G that can share how long it took to get the Hogan? I did my M&G at the beginning of last week. Got an email today asking me to re-submit, when I last logged in to download a PDF copy of my app I must have forgot to re-submit. They did acknowledge it was now active so I'm hoping that's a good sign. Thanks in advance!

I see it asked a few times but not many responses. I went in to update my times and it said, “Your application is in review. You cannot update the application at this time, except some of your personal information.”

Anyone have insight on what may happen next? How long it sat like that? Can I expect a possible hogan?

I have the same thing now... Gmail about to limit me to one refresh an hour... haha

I am working through the new app. Can I submit and later add letters of recommendation? I have 4 from current gig but going to add 3 internals in the next week. Submit or wait?

Yes, after you submit you are given a link and code to log back into your application at any point to make any changes or updates. However, I had 3 LoRs on my app, one being internal, and before I could add the other 2-3 internals I was being sent, my app went into review and can't add them now. Hopefully at that point it doesn't matter, just a heads up.

Mine was locked for about 2 weeks then I got the email..stand by hopefully you will get it too
