They addressed this today at the LPA conference and said it was a recent change and they know it's competitive out there and they want to keep United competitive. It seemed like they were especially fishing for maybe military that might be on that low end. I assume they still want you to have the ATP so that's likely your minimum (unless you're in Aviate).

Just wondering if either of you know what triggered this. Was it maybe an issue with the application site and/or process?

I ask because I've had some problems completing the application (as many others have as well, obviously) to the point I'm hesitant to even complete and submit it for fear something might be wrong and trigger the same response.

When I look at employment and education, it all looks good in the application. Then when I pull up the summary, there are all kinds of errors. My current employer isn’t listed and every college says I got a Master’s degree. I’m not sure how to fix it and I hope it doesn’t count against me.

I sent an email to the company pilot recruiting email and got a answer a few days later, also try and print it out if you see a bunch of bad information to see if it is on the print out.

for the record, I made a previous post about similar issues to this in PDF form. My PDF was all jacked up, yet I received an invite last week. Take that for what it’s worth, seems like a system issue

At the LPA conference there were a lot of questions about the funky app (not getting emails after submitting, messed up data on the pdf display, more). They said they were aware of a lot of them and a lot of the bad data on the pdf display shows good on their side. FWIW...

Just got an email that my application has not been completed. Yet it has been. What is the proper way to submit it? Top right corner save and exit or at the bottom entering the name and submit?

Hey for the new internal app, have you guys still been using cage marshal for the app review or someone else?

At the bottom. I, personally, think that whenever they update something it unsubmits your app. It's the glitch in the Matrix.

There isn't one. I had them print, sign, and scan their letter of recs and then you upload them in the letter of recs section.
