Similar situation. Was asked to update flight times about a week ago via email from recruitment. Latest email a couple days ago was application was now 'submitted'. Anyone experience similar and have an idea on what to expect and or a timeline?

If your application is locked and says it is under review, you can anticipate receiving the invite for the assessment.

How much weight does the internal recommendation carry for your application?

Application locked now unlocked.

My app was under review for the last 12 days. Just logged in and it is now unlocked...never received assessment invite. I don't know if they send a tbnt email or just unlock and you keep updating? I added a few rec letters. I'm a relatively low time AF pilot.

Anyone else had this locked for review and then unlocked?

Thank you for the quick response. Hoping that I do get the assessment. Would you or anyone willing to point me in the direction of a good study tool for the assessment?

There's nothing to study for the assessment. Just answer the questions they throw at you honestly.

Has anyone used an App Review service with the new app and gotten a call? If so, which company?

Yes, and no not yet. I will say I used Checked and Set and the guy I worked with was in frequent contact with United hiring and was extremely knowledgeable about what they want to see.

Reschedule

I have an interview scheduled next month. Just got my schedule and unfortunately it falls in the middle of a 4 day reserve block. Obviously, I can’t be the first guy that this has happened to so just wondering what others have done? Are they receptive to rescheduling? Or is it a do whatever it takes type thing?

Thanks for your help

Every time I go in to update my app, it has the appearance and date stamp like it’s a new app. Is there any way to see if the app is truly submitted? With my time, types, and background, there should have been some traction commensurate with the environment and credentials of everybody being called. Cheers!

Send them an email, they will let you move the interview once. I had the same thing happen.
