Is there a way for a UA pilot to submit internal recommendation for another pilot?

I have an app on file but I don’t have the email with the code anymore for some reason. Do you know the link to reset it?

I have heard these mean nothing anymore. The only recs that matter are thru the new app. Take this with a grain of salt, as it's second-hand knowledge.

2 quick questions:

How soon will the leadership assessment be sent after your application is locked?

I’m hearing a packet will be distributed to candidates pre-interview. Does this packet include memory items/limitations/call outs that sort of stuff? Just curious. Thanks!

my app was locked for about a week before I was sent the assessment. The packet includes some general performance numbers, some info regarding what items to hit in your departure brief, as well as a discussion of CRM/TEM with definitions. Good luck!

Ok I got an answer to this question. UA will send a packet you should familiarize yourself with pre-interview.

When you all update your apps, do you resubmit it each time? Or, do you just need to save the changes and it automatically updates on recruiting’s end?

I have been resubmitting it each time. I’ve heard that ensures it gets resubmitted rather than just saving it.
