No, it’s not a zero sum game.
But getting defensive about hotel points when I assume there are 10-15 heavy lift higher priorities for UAL pilot group seems unproductive. And I don’t work there. Good luck.

It's not about the hotel points, it's about the mindset that we have to give in order to get. We both agree that's not the case.
