Is a poll reasonable to open on here? Listing priorities for what the pilot group wants/needs? …or is that negotiating in public…?

it’s as pointless as another survey. Yes/No doesn’t cut it.

someone on here said it best about the previous worthless surveys.

do you want us to cut off your right arm or your left?

neither why can’t I say neither??

rank in order of importance to you: all 1s they are all 1s why do I have to pick an 8?

I agree they are all important. It's a fact that we don't know what we don't know. Things could be on the table and worth the ask that we haven't even considered. Like the FDX/UPS min day guarantee (flying or not) of 6 hrs. Those 30-74 hr layovers would go pretty senior.

I'm just saying that there is way more to the pie than we realize. Delta +1 is easy street and almost a given at this point. It's time for some real change to blow this new TA to new heights.

United doesn’t pay min day for days you don’t fly on long layovers? That’s absurd… even regionals do for the rare 30 hour overnights or holidays where you don’t fly

Nope. Pre-flight/boarding pay should also be a thing. Our NC is out of chances to make this industry leading. Read the DAL AIP language…and make it happen. We simply do not have the luxury to delay any longer.

Just Copy Paste.. clearly it’s realistic since DAL is doing it, no excuse for UAL management not to unless they admit to being inferior to a rival

Love UA flying but wow, terrible contract. I’ll take QOL over new jets/widebody flying. This is really going to hurt hiring unless you all get a competitive contract.

those inadequate ones that only look at total TAFB? A min daily guarantee would be very good for those 30+ hour layovers.

A 3:1 trip rig would be way better all around.

I don't care if everybody in the union has been here less then 5 years. For some many years all we heard was how great UAL ALPA was. It's been nothing but a joke for a long time.

Wait 'till you see who the new Master Chairman is! Think dried out turd that just keeps floating around the internet punchbowl. OMG this is going to be fun to watch. LOL 😆
