Anyone know what length of service is required to obtain retirement flight benefits for UAL pilot? thanks in advance

Depends on your age at retirement and years of service.

Took a while to find it.

45-50 years of age and 20 years of service
51 years of age and 18 years of service
52 years of age and 16 years of service
53 years of age and 14 years of service
54 years of age and 12 vears of service
55 years of age and 10 vears of service
65 years of age and 5 years of service

Does anyone know if that gets you continued access to myual discount tickets as well non-rev in retirement?

I am fairly certain that when you retire, you lose all seniority for pass travel. Your 30 years mean nothing and you're boarding priority is lower than a new-hire bag smasher.
