I'm reminded of the RoadShow in Nov 2012 where some of us asked about- "Field Standby" "2 pilot flight's over 8hrs" "763 pay rates" A good manager/leader looks for ways to solve problems. Right now they have a major Problem- Unfilled Left Seat vacancies. They are actively looking for solutions as this problem can and WILL get worse without a new ILC23 soon~ |

There it is...you add those bases and you solve two problems. 1) Ramp space for the growth of 350+ airframes 2) Plenty of commuters that won't commute to rsv as a NB CA but will take the pay bump and live in base. We have a ton of commuters in those cities.
Or was it just APC hearsay |

I’ve seen it mentioned before a specific amount of pilots with Florida zip codes…is there any way to look that up or was that communicated from the union or company?

What makes you guys think there is any rush to get this done?
The BOD would probably give Kirby a bonus for getting it done last. Every day that passes without an agreement is a discount for UAL. Pilot services 40% off! Clearly management is slow rolling negotiations to last as long as possible. |
