I will not take anything less than
2019 after January 31st amendable day…14% of my W2 earnings minus the month of Januar
2020…..5% of my W2
2021……5% of my W2
2022….14% of my W2
2023….18% of my W2

call it what you want but anything less than that a big NO from me period.
so they can delay all they want

So, you were expecting and now want retro that reflects:
a 14% pay raise for 2019 (11 months of it anyway)
a 9% pay cut from that new rate in 2020
stay at the new cut pay rate in 2021
get the 9% pay back in 2022
and then a 4 % raise in 2023.

That is some whacky Sh____t. Please stay off the negotiating committee!

My understanding was that all three pilot got “retro pay” and all three pilots got Profit Sharing for 2022 (last month)

No?!

This is correct. Anyone who had active service in 20/21/22 got paid for their time prior to retirement. Folks on disability during that time got a plus up. Anything from Jan & Feb got paid out plus 16%. The payout this year counts as earnings for next year’s profit sharing.

Money drops tomorrow.

You'd be wrong. I know of one pilot in particular who separated in april of 2022 and got all his 2020,2021 and 2022 RETRO paid.

Oh and his 2022 profit sharing too.

But yet here we put up dumb fences about that stuff.

As already stated everyone got something. The heartburn is it was done as if rates were increased starting at amendable but not to the new amount with increases during the time-frame until now as opposed to the full increase done from amendable.

That and the union initially was trying to get a MBCBP with a minimum balance to help soon to retire pilots but dropped it as most of those it was going to help were now gone so it wasn't as high a priority. Since it was attempted it became an entitlement. That's what JB is really upset about, it just doesn't sound as good to complain about not getting something that we didn't have before.

wrong, but continue your slander if it makes you feel better. The MBCBP wouldn't benefit me at all.

You'll have to explain how targeted money wouldn't benefit you. So the only thing you are unhappy about with the new contract is the retro? The min balance mbcbp was the pension restoration fix so if you wouldn't benefit I'm not sure what you are so unhappy about.

JB is actively arguing for an age 67 bill. Nuff said.

apologize for him and other DL peeps (self included) that come torch United threads when obviously you guys need energy in the TA direction.

I think his (JB) super nova is about to burn out so that helps. Anyways. All the support to you and yours making the profession better.

I find it comical that the check literally says “retro“ on our pay stubs.
