Good job Kirby!

I just don’t understand how these people (insert your airline management) can make such poor PR decisions in the midst of major issues at the companies they “run.” At SWA, we had our new CEO flying out of DC on AA in first class right before he was due to testify in front of congress after attending a company “spirit rally” the night before. I mean, I don’t think I could imagine anything worse optics wise. Your CEO decides to take the private chopper evac out of Saigon? Good lord. What are these people thinking?

Wasn’t he going to DEN or something to help work the problem? What should he have done, sit stuck in EWR or where ever with his passengers in solidarity? How would that be helpful? It’s not like he was going on vacation. Optics are not flattering but this is much to do about nothing.
