I prepped hard for the interview and did interview prep. Pilot Hiring Programs

So I just started a new application using all my same info and it seems to have worked. Has anybody gotten this mesage? Made me think at first I could not reapply.

Also, my friend just set up a Meet the Chief, but I see someone just mentioned that I can't do a MTC with a previously failed interview?
