If only the captain was more experienced this could’ve been prevented.

“It was definitely rare windshear that wasn’t indicated by the plane at all and definitely not me abandoning all control of the airplane and pitching down during an overspeed event to troubleshoot flaps.”

sounds like he needs two more years on the job to get up to speed.
