This. The Captains I’ve flown with, have, for nearly the entirety, been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious, excellent mentors, and genuine pleasures to fly with. Absolutely, as a Capt, you should expect to mentor and the new guy FO should be hungry for information you can teach. To all those great Capts out there, a genuine thanks for helping me get better.
