Once again, as long as it’s SOP/FM/ATC compliant, just because someone doesn’t fly the airplane like you like to fly it doesn’t mean they’re incompetent.

You should probably brush up on those as well since mentoring is a company and FAA required component of being a captain.

He probably was on the typical path of flying rubber dog crap around between Little Rock and Texarkana before he got his “big break” working on his knees for Bethune. No telling how many times before that he was turned down at respectable airlines and/or the military….
