Interesting that 99% of his new hire class is no when the contract probably benefits junior pilots the most. All sample / straw man polls I’ve seen show at worst a 50 % yes vote and remainders split between no / still deciding and yet 99 percent of his class is a no?? Very Interesting statistic.

more like “this guy isn’t going to shut up until I tell him what he wants to hear” 99%

That's such a bummer of a mindset in the best negotiating environment many of us will ever see. Get 'em next time doesn't make any sense right now. It's now or never. So, I guess never. 😔

95% were gains, I’ll take ten steps forward one step back over 0 progress.

Voting Yes. We made a majority of gains in this contract. A mediator would laugh as us and the idea that because AA got a better contract so fast is ignoring that the parts that got better for them are a literal copy and paste from us. No contract will ever please everybody but this will pass over 70%

Voting yes. Not going to give up on major improvements that will be half of my remaining career, not to mention almost 200K in retro pay, all because some dude with 9 posts on APC thinks parts of his previous regional contract were better. Risable.

25 years in the industry and a student of our history. This is an amazing contract. If you vote no, you are simply not aware of where we've been and how good a TA this is.

If you think voting no will result in a better contract, you're an idiot. Just the lost interest/dividends alone is more than anything we'd make up. And we won't get a better deal through mediating, only worse.

Vote yes, put your retro in an index fund, and when the industry downturn hits, you can thank me for my free career counseling.

Folks, please think before you vote on this sub par TA. First,in many areas, its only slightly better than what we had at my last regional .There will not be another contract completed in 3 years.Do you really want to work under these rules for the next 7-10 years??Dont come online complaining in a few months when they start enforcing the same rules you voted for. Lets send it back and truly get some thing thats industry leading? We will NEVER have as much leverage as we have now. NEVER.This is our opportunity to get it right.Im eligible to vote and myself and the guys in my new hire class are all 99% NO.I think SK will rest easy at night knowing all he had to do was flash a few bucks to make us overlook everything else and make this issue go away. For those waiting on huge retro checks with only a few years left dont screw the guys behind you by voting for this.Besides,if we send this back, the longer you wait, the larger your retro check will be and its a win win for all.The fact team will try and sell you on this, its their job but hopefully everyone can see throught the salesmanship and see this for what it is.Its only average at best, nothing industry leading anywhere.Send it back and lets wait for what most of you really deserve. Make SK come back with his biggest and best,i promise you this isnt it.I feel like he made chumps out of us.Its definetly better than the tumi turd, but it still leaves alot to be desired in ALOT of areas.Garth did a good job getting to this point, but its still more work to be done.DONT SETTLE,GET WHAT YOU WANT AND DESERVE.1000 % NO

I had sick if needed and no set reserve call out time in 1993. We could go back to that contract with $14.99 an hour.

you lost all credibility with your “my class is 99% no vote” rhetoric. No pilot group in modern history has voted 99% for or against any contract.

I think the over/under for IN FAVOR is 79.6%.

I’ll take the over.
