Used to be February 14th. That last several profit sharing payouts have been made on the last day business day of February. So this year I would expect to see profit sharing on February 29th followed by the normal pay cycle on March 1st.

There will be an announcement sometime after FY2023 earnings about the amount and the opportunity to defer a portion of that into your 401(k) plan if you wish.

They now expect United to post quarterly earnings of $1.61 per share off revenue of $13.6 billion. Before the profit warning, they expected EPS of $2.26.

He's just trolling. That warning came out with our 3rd quarter earnings back in Oct. It's been estimated $1.67 all quarter long due to fuel and TLV.

Is my understanding correct, in that y'all's profit sharing pool will be split just among the pilots? At Delta, all employees get the same formula, so y'all could expect to get a significantly higher payout if the company made the same profit as Delta?

Delta pilots have a different formula / profit sharing pool (that’s contractual) than the rest of the employees. It turned out to be the same % this year, but in years past it’s varied
