Didn't all PanAm Airbus pilots go to Delta?

I heard there was some serious maneuvering by a few to get on the Delta list.

CP meet and greets are a mixed bag. A lot depends on the base, the CPO, and the employment record/reputation of the individual sponsoring you for the meet and greet. Cut out all of the middlemen. Go direct to the hiring team and meet them at a job fair and keep meeting them.

Hearing United might have lowered their hiring target to 2000 pilots in their latest standards meeting?

I’m not UAL (hope one day) but 2000 is what they briefed at RTAG.

Everything I had been hearing about was >2000 in some cases specific numbers floated were in the 2300-2500 range. In the spirit conference call they offered they’d mentioned “over 2000 pilots”. That was maybe 2 weeks ago.

Not sure why you'd care since you've both got a CJO and an interview very soon here.

Please ban this clown

The reason is obvious: seniority progression…

Who GAF? You’re asking about 2000 vs 2300. It could go to zero the month after you get on the line - if you do. Why are you trying to guess seniority progression? Debating which legacy to go to with 1200SIC? If you’re being honest and not a troll, you got hired by a legacy with extremely low experience. Maybe sit back, be thankful, and try to learn a few things instead of dumping on mil pilots and generally being an entitled sprick.
