Just wait until those low time inexperienced pilots get into the left seat at United. Everyone saw this coming, I’m surprised it’s happening this fast, but it was easily predictable.

I'm not sure how we let you get away. You seem like a shoo-in.

Never made a DL reject their T/O in JFK.
Shame shame shame
So many with the same or more quals, that still found a way, because it was always a requirement.

Not an argument about whether one needs a degree or not, it’s about knowing the requirements and finding a way to meet them, not making excuses.

Lmao, never interviewed at United. Back when I was applying everywhere United was number 4 behind Southwest for me. Half the operation is based out of a 3rd world country (SFO). All the other United hubs absolutely suck balls. Commuter policy is industry worse. Made the idea of commuting to a United hub extremely undesirable compared to other 3 airlines I was interested in.

Aren’t you at DL where the ENTIRE operation is based out of a 3rd world country (except SLC)? You’re pretty bad at this trolling thing

Wasnt it a one year wonder capt at DL that flew the 767 through the hailstorm at MXP and destroyed the plane? I’m surprised it took that long for a DL pilot to destroy the plane. DL has had a lot of accidents compared to the other carriers. Maybe safety is the go-to burn you think it is. That glass house has a lot cracks

DL has some great bases. Who wouldn’t want to be based in DTW MSP ATL or JFK? Garden spots.

Triggered much? He didn’t say anything that wasn’t (either factually or plausibly) true.

United deserves much of the PR it’s getting over it’s chosen course over the last several years no doubt . On targeting hiring, I fully agree .

however, several of the recent incidents that have taken place where at the controls of pilots who have been here well over 20 years. All have degrees and PiC . NOTHING to do with DEI hiring etc . Including the incident IAH.

so don’t be too quick to toss stones unless you have at least some of the facts .
