if you’re not familiar with the ASAP program, it’s when a pilot messes up and files a report saying “oops I messed up here’s what happened and what I should have done differently.”
as long as the pilot didn’t seriously violate any FARs or make the “mistake” intentionally, it’s a way to alleviate the chance of punitive action by showing you recognized the error and are going to prevent future mistakes.

In addition to unintentional mistakes, FSAP’s are a great tool for highlighting safety issues that need attention. When you see a safety issue, an Fsap could start the ball rolling toward positive change👍🏼

oh you meant ASAP not FSAP. Or does your company / ALPA MOU call it an FSAP for some reason???

We call it FSAP. Same as an ASAP at every other airline I worked for before here.

Same thing, we just use the first letter to identify which department filed the report. FSAP for Flight Ops, DSAP for Dispatch, ISAP for Inflight, etc.

I tried to get others to file FSAP's for every instance of stupid " expidite" clearances. That would put a stop to this.

Exactly. You own the runway. You have the right of way. So everything else is...not you're problem really.

"AJet 69, cleared to land runway 36, minimize time on runway, traffic 1.5 mile in trail"

Uh...not my problem you vectored tight/other guy didn't keep SA on spacing.
