I thought he'd be staying in SFO until next September when he hits 65, glad to be wrong. Breaking out the good stuff tonight.
Didn’t Denver recently get a chief pilot who replaced rob biddle? What happened to him?

Are you sure about that? There was a settlement of the entire lawsuit filed on March 14, 2025.

He bolted straight from the MEC Training Committee to DEN Chief Pilot. A year later he’s climbing the corporate ladder to the next rung.

Winners don’t settle. Company likely offered a small sum to go away, equal to or less than the legal costs to force it to go away.

Somehow I’m not surprised. The defendant went on a verbal vomit tirade during the Covid loa on the FB group. Post were removed but I never forgot this clowns name, some people never learn.

Were there other candidates? I didn't see anything released publicly that the DEN CP position was open for people to apply as seems to always happens when a CP leaves their position. Notice how there was an announcement for anyone interested in being the new SFO CP can now apply? Where was this announcement to fill the DEN position? Why was it an "immediate" filling with another CP from another base? It's not like the two bases are combining and there is now one CP or that LE is becoming Acting DEN CP until a replacement is found. Just my observation.

This right here

I do realize some people may find the defendants behavior more offensive than others

I do however see how a group of pilots in the early 90's would think thats normal to do.........however I just can't understand how a pilot at ANY airline in this decade would think to act like that and they wouldn't get in any trouble. Very poor decision making.

Guys in those jobs just want their name on a wall. They’re climbers, and aside for one guy, I wouldn’t trust any to go to bat for me if I needed it, if it meant they had to take a stand against the company.
