I recommend getting Aircrew Edge. Once you create an account, you can see where you land in different BES (or category for those that prefer that term instead
).
It'll break down by percentage it takes to hold a line, the different types of reserve, commutable trips (you set this parameter), the type of layover, weekend off, etc…
