What you can’t do without calling scheduling is a p2p drop/pickup outside of the trade run.
(Spare me the “but I’ve done it” comments. The scheduler violated their policy if that actually happened.) |
- All days credit min value 5:15. Vacation, training, RSV, any work day = same min credit as LH (5:15 currently)
So... A month of transition training or vacation credits 157.5? Sure!!! Sign me up :) |

This part is already possible. If someone has a drop in and another pilot has a pickup for that trip either by criteria or directly, it will execute on the next trade run.
What you can’t do without calling scheduling is a p2p drop/pickup outside of the trade run. that’s not true. P2P trip trades execute instantly once accepted by both pilots as long as it is outside the real time trading window. You can even do P2P trades before trading officially opens for the next trading month |

I will say that if minipack happens, there should be some OT pay associated with it.

This is already a thing too. You get OT pay for the layover time. Check 20-L-5-a-(2).

This is very true.. I’ve used this tool quite a few times to help clean up my schedule….
It’s not a P2P trade. A trade is two or more trips. This is one trip being dropped and another pilot picking it up. There is no way to do that other than by waiting for the trade run to occur or by calling scheduling with both parties on the line. |

You can’t even do this when you call Scheduling, as I found out this month. A P2P drop with a simultaneous pickup by another pilot must be done during a trade run, according to the company.

problem solved. I’ve haven’t experienced a mini pack here but there are instances where I truly believe that I’ve gotten a untriggered reassignment only to he told triggered. Here’s your 1-hour add pay….
And a minipack would never be untriggered. It's literally your flying. And if you weren't minipacked then you would've lost flying and that's the trigger to be reassigned via 20-F-1. I agree that 20-I-5 is inadequate though. 1 hour of add pay for only the first time it's used isn't enough. |
