Match DL No usage of 4B in 757 augmented, no exception Increased minimum special RSV lines, never seen a vsc line offered Sick improvement. Immediatly get rid of 95hr rule Picked up short calls count towards SC cap not just assigned Reserve assignments strict order off fifo not company discretion SC headroom VDO company concurrence for DOP instead of day restore changed to pilot choice Medical completely covered Unused short call as add pay, not MPG Can’t block days for rdo swap ANF / WOCL override Short call unused means unused within the period, not 18hrs within DL has all 4 man crews as 2 CA 2 FO. We have 3 FO on majority. Massive value loss for us VSC lines have never been offered. What is the point |

And a minipack would never be untriggered. It's literally your flying. And if you weren't minipacked then you would've lost flying and that's the trigger to be reassigned via 20-F-1. I agree that 20-I-5 is inadequate though. 1 hour of add pay for only the first time it's used isn't enough. I had a different instance where I truly believed that I should have gotten it. This was before a pairing started also… |

It’s not a P2P trade. A trade is two or more trips. This is one trip being dropped and another pilot picking it up. There is no way to do that other than by waiting for the trade run to occur or by calling scheduling with both parties on the line.
Pick up and drops happen during trade runs, but I wasn’t talking doing that…. |

Honestly all I care about is more pay. They can even do whatever fuzzy math to trick the DAL snap-up, as long as whatever I make per hour effectively goes up.
QoL improvements are irrelevant to me. Just one man's opinion. |

Just to give some information from the DAL side, the reason they are pushing to see if company will bite at quick/shorter term deal for us is because our trip coverage is horribly broken, and even with paying 300-400% for a lot of trips between 23M7 and GS/QS pay, we are cancelling hundreds of flights a day for lack of crews. Combo meal of running reserves ragged, using a scheduling software that went live June 1st 1988 (NOT KIDDING), and not even hiring enough to cover attrition in the last 18 months. Then they unilaterally changed how they use payback days (one of the best parts of our RES premium pay) and a lot of people who used to pick up Green Slips or Quick Slips, while on RES, just aren't doing it. I didn't even put in any slips for premium this month. I'm not alone in this.
Look at DAL vs UA and AA cancels. Even on good weather days. |
