Pretty sure this entire post would be considered negotiating in public and frowned upon by the union. Fill out your surveys, file resolutions with your local councils nd then let the negotiating committee do its job.
- Better reassignment language, anything I fly that was not on my schedule when I was awarded the trip should pay XX% extra. I bid that for a reason, if I wanted random trips I would have bid reserve. - Long sit should not be scheduled only. - Restoration pay, PTC vs LPV means you pretty much have to wait till next month to get your day if you don't want the money. I know, pretty small thing, but it's things like that, that should be easy to fix. |

But we don't have any rules against it here (this forum was actually founded back in the day because certain union folks were silencing dissent on their own forums, for questionable reasons). |
