I see you have the "I got mine" attitude as well. The problem is, as wages at the bottom go down, it slowly trickles it way to the top of the scale as well. But what do you care, you got yours already.
Edit to add: BTW, I went to a 121 interview. The culture is not something I want to be a part of.

Threads like this make me realize why I never want to fly in the 121 world. Guys making $150k plus a year complaining about how they won't take a job for a regional, yet do nothing when they vote in the new contracts to fix it. The regionals are here guys, to stay. You can either be part of the solution, or part of the problem. Yeah, I get the whole paying dues thing for the up and commers. But give them a little help, next time you vote on a contract, take a little less for your self, and give the lower guys a little more (something livable).

HA! Hardly. I have no desire to be an uptight bus driver. But, sorry for having an opnion. I guess that isn't allowed on this site.
BTW, I have a friend who is a union rep. for Eagle. I may not know everything about contract negoations, but I know enough to have an opnion.
