Short & Sweet.
Sold on all the above, AND more.

Bump +1

I want to be paid for every hour that I'm at work. Check in on day one to check out on last day. I'll take a 10% pay rate CUT to get this. (do the math before you flame away)

Yeah pretty much this.

I'm looking at it the same. 85 hrs flight pay, 76 or less when pilots are on the street. No more 90-100 hr months. If the pay/ work rules are right, that wil be proved plenty of $s, increase manpower req, and improve qol.

It's not the 1960's anymore. This does NOT WORK. (as much as I wish otherwise) Think about it.

Longevity pay for those furloughed. Scope, Scope, and more Scope.

Scope, and full retro pay, that says retro pay. NOT a signing bonus.

Explain. What's exactly wrong with 85 hours flight PAY?

It's the least we could do.

Pay caps can work as long as we have a good contract and no one shores themselves out.
