Yes, our 757 cockpits (no matter what the new FOM says, it ain't a "flight deck") are downright luxurious with wall-to-wall carpeting! That ought to offset the GPS on your 757s when it comes to the SLI arbitration .

The right recirc fan seems to be the main noise source in our 757s.

I'll take our 2nd jumpseat in our 757's anyday over carpet. Our 767's have carpet...

I'll take a beat up rusted out 75 to a brand new 73 any day. To clarify I'm not saying that UAL 75's are bad I just don't like flying the 73. I also like the carpet because you can just rub in whatever you spill.

Stuck my head in the cockpit of the 737-900 the other day. After flying the 757-200 it (737-900 "Guppy") is a bit small, even with all the PFDs and stuff.
