CAL hiring

CAL will start hiring off the street in Nov. Airline apps should be opening soon. Format will be a personality profile questionnaire, three panel interview and sim ride.

Get your stuff ready and good luck.

PS...format may change or will not be setup by the initial few months of interviews.

The snapshot arguement just gained another twist. Interesting.

I know your just relaying info but if the format is not going to be setup for the initial set of interviews what is the format for the ones not in the format.

Well it depends if the process gets approved prior to street hiring. I know, not what you want to hear since it isn't helpful. I think the pooled guys will not have to prove themselves again and may fill the initial classes, depending on how many come here. I'll talk to CV tomorrow if I can catch him before he heads out to ATL.

I dont think so. The off the street hires will be on the bottom of any combined list. I do not think there is any doubt or misunderstanding on that at all by any future off the street hires.

Umm...your right. I'm off by a whole day. Maybe I'll text him but I'm sure he and Joe will be really busy tomorrow.
