Default Voluntary Furlough question

I am on voluntary furlough and about to sign a 5 year contract. I don't have access to the full contract as I am not active.

Does the reduction in longevity apply also to a voluntary furlough (95 hire)? Is there anything in the contract that would negate my 10 year recall rights and demand that I return immediately?

Thanks to anybody that can answer.

I haven't seen anything in there that changes your recall rights. You do have access to the full contract.

As important the answer to your question may be, I think you would be wise getting a written interpretation, possibly from the company. Being your own lawyer can have drawbacks.
