More? How about a cup of DECENT coffee (not the current swill) and a copy of the paper, with both the crossword and soduko unsullied.

I have to say as a guy whose *** has spent many hours DHing in a 737, The AB coach seats are noticeably more comfortable than the 737 seats. Free movie to kill the time. Pilots were professional and informative (just enough, I cant stand mouthy p.a. loving crews)

Kudo's to the LUAL crews on these flights. Really enjoyed the trips and the paying customers seemed to be having a good experience as well.

I think this merger may actually work if we can wade through all the other bullchit that goes along with it. Peace.
I've found the same on the LCAL flights. In fact, I'm on one now enjoying my LiveTV preview. Great folks who always take good care of me.

Glad you had a good experience, and thanks for the writeup. Good to read a little unity positive thread

Something has got to be done about that crap. Legend has it that Slimesack and some cronies personally chose this sewage over the previous options and some new ones in a blind taste test. Somehow they overlooked the fact that it tastes only a little better than bile. Maybe.

I personally don't mind our coffee. Whatever. But do you really think that Smisek and Co. chose the one that tasted the best? They probably chose the cheapest one in the lineup, or the one Smisek's cousin was offering for a "great deal".

Default the great coffee thread drift...er...debate

Here's the story (possibly a repost) of the person who doesn't care for coffee 'unless it's mocha' and the TWELVE person panel she led in tangling over the coffee selection.

I just carry a little plastic bag full of Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals and toss a little into my cup. That way, it brings it up to my standards (which is Folgers Instant Coffee).

That's almost as ridiculous as "we're working hard with our unions to sign a contract that's fair for everyone".

I have flown both airplanes on both sides of this operation.......there are awesome people on both sides that are professionals through and through. Both sides have their scabs, social retards, sociopaths, kool aid drinkers, etc..... but I have to say, this company has the potential to kick some booty when it comes to the overall caliber and quality of its personnel.....LUAL or LCAL!

Now, if we could only get a management team to match.........

(Oh , and I loved the comfort and quietness of the airbus, but would take the 737 in a gusty crosswind anyday!, so there!)

We's married now. Might as well make the best of it.
