liquid,
You've "heard" August or September maybe. And I've "heard" there is a possibility that these will be complete by June. My sources are 100% impeachable as are yours so it boils down to anybodies guess.

I don't have any sources. I do however read anything and everything put out by both MEC's and to a lesser degree the propaganda put out by flight ops from both subsidiaries... but that garbage is pushed to my ipad.

"late August," from UAL MEC
And of course late August means if every milestone (or is it millstone) between now and then goes off without a hitch. Considering how things have gone with these unions since 2010, and that they're coordinating schedules with three busy arbitrators (sorry can't be there, family emergency, reschedule) that is certainly a best-case scenario.

April 15-20
May 11-15
Jun 11-13
Jun 18-20
Jun 27-28
The United Merger Committee will begin its direct case May 11. Post Hearing Briefs are due by July 25. The arbitration will be in Washington D.C., and we will keep you updated on the specific location as the proceedings are public.
We all recognize the importance of the single seniority list – it will last for the rest of our careers. But the seniority list will be what it is, and no one can predict its outcome accurately enough to make assumptions prior to its implementation. The Merger Committees and their respective counsels will make their arguments, and a three person arbitration panel will compile the list. We all wish the ISL was complete and that we could move forward as one Pilot group under single representation. Any pre-ISL scheduling of training, assignments, awards, or other seniority based activities that occur post-ISL (which is expected in late August) is a usurpation and perversion of the ISL and a myopic view of the longer term issues facing our 12,000 pilots. The United MEC is only interested in equitability for all Pilots.

We won't see it until post Labor Day. Having faith in ALPA and lawyers to deliever anything as previously quoted is unfortunately ludicrous.

You and Thor don't read very well do you? Go look at the number of bumps off the 400 in ORD, then look at the number of bids to SFO. We are STILL bumping WAY more than we are bidding. This "bid" is simply to move the 400 pilots that were flying in ORD when it closed to SFO. Of course, not everyone in ORD wants to go chase the Whale to SFO, so they have to fill the new seats. There are STILL 767 Cap bumps this month in JFK and IAD.

We already got 500+ of your bumps, please no more.
We will be lucky to have an ISL by September.
