Is that really the best you can do? Attempt to diminish someone by suggesting they need EAP assistance? That smacks of the "attitude adjustments" from the PEX days but in reality reduces the value of your argument and downplays the role and value of the EAP.

I know Axl and he is about as far from an EAP candidate as anyone on the property.
