I got the e-mail assessment three hours after the call. It seems to range from same day to a week. Hoping to get a call to interview soon. Good luck to you.

The hardest thing to do in an interview is to be "yourself" but that is EXACTLY what they want to see.

Every airline job I had, I got by being myself (and no recommendations)...
Exception to the rule? Maybe, but it has worked for me....

More to the point.....these peronanlity tests have a way of revealing if you are inconsistent. Furthermore, if you pretend to be someone else when answering the peronality test, it may very well become apparent in the interview.
