In addition, if you are determined to be inconsistent it's designed to prevent an interview. This is why the screening is done first.

Turn off your brain and just answer every question as it comes.

Have you ever intentionally told a lie? Yes, I told my kid a rabbit hopped into our house and left chocolate. Hopefully, answering yes doesn't make me a liar

Love ME, or leave (don't hire) me...

Every airline job I had, I got by being myself (and no recommendations)...

Exception to the rule? Maybe, but it has worked for me....
So you're telling me I deserve to be here?

I know 2 folks who were the first batch of calls that were told to have it done before the interview. I know I saw someone post that they got a no thank you email after the hogan w/o interviewing, but that has to be an anomaly. I did not review my answers, but rather just answered from the gut.

I know a few people that got the no thank you after the Hogan test. I guess it's not a gimme! That's a little nerve-racking, because you get that email you're done, and have to reapply in a year. I reviewed mine.

What's the secret to you folks getting calls?! Just keeping airlineapps up to date? Or do you have contacts moving the ball down field for you?
