Was told once that if you be yourself, you will fit in at the job you are meant to be at.

Every airline job I had, I got by being myself (and no recommendations)...

I know 2 folks who were the first batch of calls that were told to have it done before the interview. I know I saw someone post that they got a no thank you email after the hogan w/o interviewing, but that has to be an anomaly. I did not review my answers, but rather just answered from the gut.

I know a few people that got the no thank you after the Hogan test. I guess it's not a gimme! That's a little nerve-racking, because you get that email you're done, and have to reapply in a year. I reviewed mine.
