Hi all
concerning interview prep, which one did you use? I hear cage consulting is the right one for UAL and thinking of just using them. But I also hear of others being successful with other companies. Anyone care to shed some light on prep courseware? PM me. Sorry if its a repost but theres 279 pages and 2789 posts on this thread thank you very much -Blue

I highly recommend Cage. They are very familiar with the UA process and were really great to work with. Scheduling was easy and I did two sessions over Skype. Their office is in DEN across the street from the training center so you can do one last polish session in person the day before. Even though I already felt fully prepared it was good to ease the nerves... Overall great folks and I felt very prepared for the interview

For those of you who just got CJOs...what was the earliest interview you could get after passing the hogan? A couple of weeks or a month or longer? With the new format of interviews about how long did it take for you to prepare (I've already done ECIC so that would help). And lastly how long is the pool right now? Reading back in this forum it seems it used to be very short wait...like a month max...so I am just wondering if it is increasing at all. Thanks!

Easily the best money I've ever invested in this career.
I've never heard a bad word about Cage, and they get lots of recommendations. But the ECIC prep got me this job. Whichever you chose don't skip the prep.

The pool is probably pretty shallow. A month from CJO to indoc is a good guess. They still need to do your drug screen and your PRIA paperwork after you get the class date.
Still forecasting 800+ new hires this year. I'm holding a line first month out of training in Newark. Its really good stuff.

Thanks for the info. 10 days or so to interview is fast...gotta have yourself somewhat prepared already I suppose. I have already done ECIC so if I was lucky enough to get a call I could focus mainly on prepping for the CRM exercise. It's also really nice how shallow their pool is now...the way it should be!
