The company wants and needs a new bid to come out soon. This is what they have been waiting for and want to start utilizing one pilot group. Example...we've got to get the north guys spooled up on the south processes in regards to the 737 for SFO of they want to mix people by 4th qtr. These guys/gals have to train in a few months for this to happen. Training is going to be the limiting factor for widget making machine. New hires, retirements, people bidding new equip and positions with possible displacements will have TK and IAH at max capacity (already there now) for a long time. If the company isn't careful with parking the 752 and other plans we will be like Delta and spending a ton on needless training over the next 2-4 years. Training isn't much fun if you don't want to be there.

October staffing is posted using ISL. IAH FO goes from 50% to 11%. Should be able to get holidays off with that.
