JMHO, If I was a 787 FO and saw a CAP list full of scabs, I would be bummed.

Do CAL scabs fly quite often with FOs who were flying in 83/85/89 or struck CAL/UAL/EAL? And take it quite personally? And never let the CAP forget it? I guess I expect to see some when the fence comes down, we'll give them a nice United-style welcome.

We don't have a lot of 83/85 hires flying as F/O as they are senior captains. Have fun with the United style welcome. I was 13 at the time and while I won't trust them nor ask them out for a beer I will not put my career in jeopardy to fight someone else's 30 year old battle. That might not be a popular attitude but I can tell you that our Upper level management has already discussed the United scab relations and Jeff hates pilots and is wired to fire. He also sits on a ton of lawyers as CAL had more lawyers than pilots.

I'll let you guys fight that battle, knock yourself out.

I actually find your posts amusing they are so far out there. Do a little research. Katz always loses. Why?! Because he makes ridiculous arguments that are based on things he simply makes up and in no way consider things they are supposed to consider.... in this case ALPA merger policy. It would be comical if not for a few LCAL pilots who actually bought the argument he presented. You seem to fall in that category.

But you might be careful about lobbing accusations of bribery and collusion that you can't back up. That's bordering on libel. The attorney you folks have retained for this RIDICULOUS lawsuit should be able to explain what that means to you.

Back to the post... I'm glad the fences were upheld, even though they hurt me personally. The process is the process. The UAL Merger committee pooched this issue and trying to change it after the fact is classless.

Not lobbing anything...there will be an inquiry and investigation. If evidence is found, it will speak for itself. Where there is smoke, there is fire and there are a large and growing number who share my sentiments. Also, not looking for the arbitrators to reverse anything as it's obvious by today's decision they have no interest in adding further input to correct their laundry list of errors and omissions. Any changes would come from a higher power

Are you on a mission from God? Like Jake and Elwood?

V,
Grab your O2 mask and breath heavily. Maybe your view of the world will clear up.

Nice and clear Probey, I'm not under any delusions and think the award will stick in its current form. But I'd like to know than over the next 25 years we turned over every stone to make sure everything was on the level.

You intend on continuing this for the next 25 years?
