What is EWR76T?

So are the 37 or so unfilled EWR 737 FO vacancies from last time being filled by newhires? I remember LUAL folks bidding into EWR 73 last few times, just didn't think the number added up to 37. I know there are Newhire classes with EWR 737 slots, so maybe that's where the rest are coming from.
