For those who ordered thru pops. What wing option 1-8 did you order and if you did it again what option would you select?

If I had it to do over, I would go Option 8.

I have option 6, the embroidered wings on wing-shaped velcro. I like them better than the metal wings, but the color is not an exact match. I'd choose this option again as it's quick and easy to remove the wings for the layover, with a small velcro footprint and no holes in the front.

I've worn it for 7 years with no complaints. Quality and fit are excellent.

Really like the nothing option..really don't want holes. wonder about the uniform police..have to get a jacket though, like the no hat rule with that option.

Thanks guys, just ordered my 'Pops' leather jacket. Of course I had to get the 'CC pocket', off duty only.

Incorrect. Hat is still required with leather jacket.

Or you can just not wear the jacket at all. Then no hat.

Hat:
• With United-issued hat emblem
• Uniform hat must be worn whenever the uniform coat is worn.

No coat = no hat per the FOM.
