Should show up in pay register. Thing to remember...3 pay metrics, you are paid highest of the three. PTC is effectively your line award...block is what you fly (obviously).
I order to get max pay with FBO..you need to increase PTC bank. The easiest way to do that is fly (on your days OFF) for max time credit.

We should get in on this
News article
Wage Theft
The lawsuit is part of a flood of recent cases — brought in California and across the nation — that accuse employers of violating minimum wage and overtime laws, erasing work hours and wrongfully taking employees’ tips. Worker advocates call these practices “wage theft,” insisting it has become far too prevalent.
Some federal and state officials agree. They assert that more companies are violating wage laws than ever before, pointing to the record number of enforcement actions they have pursued. They complain that more employers — perhaps motivated by fierce competition or a desire for higher profits — are flouting wage laws.
Many other states are seeing wage-theft cases. New York’s attorney general, Eric T. Schneiderman, has recovered $17 million in wage claims over the past three years. “I’m amazed at how petty and abusive some of these practices are,” he said. “Cutting corners is increasingly seen as a sign of libertarianism rather than the theft that it really is.”

Just a quick question. I'm still out and maybe returning soon. I was wondering about insurance life and disability that the company ALPA offers. Is there somewhere i can read about the policies costs etc.
I was working for another company and found out too late and too my cost their disability insurance does not cover any injuries at work, as they should be covered by workers comp. But WC does not pay anywhere close to what we make. So I will be needing something to make up any difference no matter the reason I can't work.
Also a lot of policies only pay your min guarantee each month, so if you work a lot more and get international per diem it won't pay that loss either.
Just want to educate myself while i have the time.
Thanks.
