I don't know anything about qualifying for Fmla. as soon as I finished my 100 hours I went on leave for a month for my first one. It was 6 years ago so I'm fuzzy on everything but I just told them I'm having a kid, they handed me what I thought I remember was Fmla paperwork and that was it.

Only old babies qualify.

One of my babies was born a straight up gangster. She should have been on probation.

My sim partner and I both had babies within eight months of our hire date. We both took FMLA unpaid. I elected to have a surgery a week after my child was born so I could use two weeks of sick leave and get paid. No more sore throat. If you have a cool CP he/she can help. Mines did.
